My Journey to Overcoming PCOS: From Pain to Empowerment I was a fitness and health coach, passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals. However, little did I know that I was on the brink of facing one of the most challenging and transformative experiences of my life. After over a year of frustratingly chasing doctors, I was finally diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). The journey to this diagnosis was a tumultuous one, marked by a host of perplexing symptoms. Acne, irregular periods, bloating, sugar cravings, excessive fatigue, and painful PMS were my constant companions. My self-confidence took a relentless beating, and my mental health was in turmoil. As a fitness and health coach, it was particularly demoralizing. My usual weight loss strategies had always been effective, but now they seemed futile. PCOS, I learned, was much more complex than just a matter of calorie deficits. It was a puzzle that left me feeling unheard and lonely, as I struggled to find solutions to regain control over my body and health. The moment I was diagnosed, I knew I had to be the change I wished I had seen during my own struggle. I made a promise to myself: I would not let PCOS define me; instead, I would conquer it. My journey to healing began, and it wasn't an easy one. Within 4-5 months of my diagnosis, I started noticing a 4kg and 10+cms weight loss transformation. My PCOS symptoms began to reverse. It was a testament to the power of persistence, determination, and a holistic approach to health. Fast forward to today, as a women's PCOS and Health Coach. I have made it my mission to help women with PCOS not only feel their best but also look their best. I understand the pain, frustration, and isolation that PCOS can bring, and I am dedicated to ensuring that no one feels alone in their journey. My battle with PCOS was one of the most painful experiences of my life, but it also became a catalyst for my transformation. It gave me the strength to overcome adversity and become a source of inspiration and guidance for others. My story is a testament to the fact that with determination, knowledge, and support, we can conquer the most daunting of challenges.

The step by step videos will maximise your training, allowing you to replicate the correct form.
PCOS Nutritional
Diet Plans
Providing you with nutritional, healthy and delicious recipes without having to sacrifice taste. Your bespoke diet plans will consist of your calories and macros to suit your specific goals. Your meal plans will be updated regularly to avoid boredom.

Video Analysis
Video analysis allows me as your coach to provide feedback on your form. It's a great way to learn and understand visually how to perform the exercises correctly to avoid injuries and move efficiently.

Online Exercise Classes
We offer a variety of weekly exercise classes ranging from legs, bums and tums to core and stretch and various times so you can fit it around your schedule. These also include express classes to allow you to fit in activity during your busy schedules.
